Woodrow Wilson was one of the most pivotal presidents in American history. Wilson was able to unite both the liberal and conservative branches of the Democratic Party and win the 1912 and 1916 presidential elections. However, for most of his life, he was plagued with numerous health issues and eventually suffered a handicapping stroke towards the end of his presidency.
But, what if Wilson's health issues got the better of him? What if Woodrow Wilson was only the President of Princeton?
